By booking and purchasing photography services from Crossroads Creative Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions: All session fees and deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking. Session dates and times are subject to availability. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. The final balance is due the day before the session. Crossroads Creative Co. retains the copyright to all images and grants the client a non-exclusive license for personal use. Any use of images for commercial purposes must be approved in writing by Crossroads Creative Co. By participating in a session, you grant Crossroads Creative Co. permission to use the images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These terms are subject to change without notice.
